MW's 3 Ways To Wear: Blazer

Hey Whirlers!!

Sorry, I`ve been MIA! Been lazy and no motivation, or as my bbloggers say, I had lost my 'bojo'!

But, here we go:

3 Ways To Wear: Blazer

A blazer is the probably one of the most versatile item of clothing someone can have in their wardrobe. You can dress it up and down. I have chosen to show you: formal, casual and ladies lunch.

 1. FORMAL
Tailored trousers, a pussybow blouse, an animal print shirt, anything that you would be able to wear into the office, throw on a blazer and the entire look has rounded up. Throw on some high heels and this look can be worn into work, job interview or anywhere nice.

Blouse - Vero Moda
Long Vest - H&M
Trousers - Zara
Blazer - H&M
Bag - ALDO
Accessories - H&M

2. CASUAL
I love wearing my comfy, colourful clothes and throwing on a blazer to complete the look. In this photo I have worn a pink long sleeve t-shirt, slim fit blue jeans, brown pumps and bag and this oversized abstract scarf that I`ve worn as a snood to complete the casual look. Why don`t you wear your usual casual clothes and see how much cuter it looks with a blazer on top?

Abstract Scarf - Monsoon
Pink Tee - H&M
Long Vest - H&M
Blazer - H&M
Jeans - H&M
Pumps - H&M
Bag - Zara
Accessories - H&M

3. LADIES LUNCH
We all love going out for meals with our friends and we want to wear something cute yet comfy. So, I`ve worn an oversized nude t-shirt, skinny jeans, black court shoes and a nude clutch...and, the blazer just adds a little smartness to the simple outfit, making it perfect to go eat at a nice restaurant for lunch and mocktails!!

Oversized Tee - H&M
Blazer - Zara
Shoes - Kurt Geiger
Clutch - New Look
Accessories - H&M

These looks can all be done with different colours of blazers, too, obviously. So, have fun and throw on a blazer over your already cute outfit and watch it come together.

P.S. Pastel/nude/bright coloured blazers are HOT this spring/summer. Invest in one!

HFW 2011: Day 6 - Date Night

Salam :)

If I were to go on a date, I would opt for a maxi dress, a pretty blazer and scarf to go with it. That way I can be elegant and modest at the same time:

Maxi Dress - Warehouse
Plum Blazer - Forever 21
Hijab - Shoppers World in Dhaka
Necklace - Dorothy Perkins
Bangles - H&M
Big Ring - Forever 21
Clutch - Mama Bear's Closet
Shoes - M&S

MW's Photo Diary from Westfields

Whirllers!

Here are photos from when I went to Westfields since it opened...

So, this is Day 2 of opening. It was soooo packed. It was crazy. I literally took two photos on this day as I walked in, and walked back out within 20 minutes. Smh.

Our beloved F21 <3

Then I went on a second visit:

On my train journey! I read a Jenny Colgan book, which I`ve actually finished and have done a book review here. And, cannot live without my halal jelly sweets. Nom, nom, nom!!

My outfit for the day, took a cheeky pic in the restroom lol.
Long sleeve t-shirt, navy blue blazer, navy blue and pink floral pleated maxi skirt, sandals, brown handbag, gold accessories and a navy blue hijab.

We ate at the Lotus Leaf. I would definitely recommend the rice dishes. It was much nicer than the noodles!

The place had a wicked gadget to let us know that our food was ready to pick up. It would flash and vibrate! How nifty??

And, finally on my fourth visit (I didn`t take pics on my third visit), I met Joey Essex from TOWIE in the queue at Nando`s (where we didn`t actually end up eating at...) but, yeah, you can tell its him a mile off. Look at how tight his skinny jeans are lol:

The location of the shopping mall is handy as I travel to London Bridge and I can just jump on the Jubilee line and I`m there within 20 minutes, but I feel its too cramped and crowded...oh and the overdose of Asians. Smh!!

Have you guys checked out Westfields in Stratford City yet?
